We try to ship as quickly as possible - but please keep in mind, that we´re all moms. We ship all orders monday through friday - processing takes 1-7 days for standard shipments.

we‘re not responsible for dhl shipping delays.

Unhappy with your purchase?
we don‘t want you to be disappointed! To return something, please email us at [email protected]. All returns require au- thorization within 14 days of the delivery date. we are sorry,  but unauthorized returns will be refused.

how and when will you receive your refund?
Once the return is approved (all items must be in perfect condition and have all interior labels and tags), you will receive the total amount in the same way you made your purchase. Your refund will show up on your bank statement within 5 to 14 days, womom.de has no control over this.

we are very sorry but we currently don´t cover the cost of return shipping.
if there are any order discrepancies must be reported within 10 business days.
received a damaged product? we are very sorry, please just write us within 10 days.
please check twice your address - we‘re not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address.
clothes treated and worn with care will last for a long time  - damages caused by improper handling aren‘t our responsibility.
